How pryzolia.com ("we") processes personal data from booking and contact requests under Law of Ukraine No. 3992-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 19 November 2024.
1. Data collected
Name, phone, email; chosen haircut or beard grooming service, preferred date and time, notes; plus IP address, browser and pages visited where analytics or marketing cookies are enabled with your consent.
2. Purposes and consent
We use the data to confirm bookings, give pre-booking information on services, prices and terms, and handle complaints. The lawful basis is your prior informed consent, given before you confirm a booking; you may withdraw it at any time at contact@pryzolia.com.
3. Pre-booking information
Before confirming you receive clear information on services, prices, terms and the business, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' dated 12 May 1991.
4. Sharing and retention
Data is shared only with our barbers, staff and hosting, IT and payment providers acting on our instructions; we do not sell it. Disclosure to authorities occurs only where the law requires. Booking data is kept up to 24 months unless legislation requires longer.
5. Cookies and rights
Ukraine has no separate standalone cookie statute; analytics and marketing cookies run only with your prior consent under Law No. 3992-IX. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, withdraw consent and complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
6. Complaints, cancellation and refunds
Under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' dated 12 May 1991 you may cancel or reschedule a booking and raise a complaint at contact@pryzolia.com or +380 733 387 5023; we reply within 30 days.
