05Payment terms
Fees are agreed before the scissors come out. These terms cover every chair at the Podil studio, whether you book by phone, by email or through the online request form.
Pay in cash in UAH or by card at the front desk when the service ends. The final amount is confirmed during your consultation, before the work starts.
The five to ten minute consultation, the haircut or beard grooming, and the styling walk-through are included at no extra charge. Listed amounts are from-prices; prices may vary depending on service and stylist.
Move your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Call +380 733 387 5023 or write to contact@pryzolia.com and we will move the chair.
Changes made inside 24 hours, or a chair left empty, may be charged at the from-price of the booked service. Tell us as early as you can so another client can use the slot.
A booking request is not a confirmed slot. We reply by phone or email to confirm your barber and time, subject to availability. The chair is held only once you hear back from us.
