Booking and Cancellation Policy

2. Requests, availability and pre-booking information

All requests are subject to availability and are not confirmed bookings. We confirm by email, SMS or phone with date, time, service and price. Pre-booking information follows Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' dated 12 May 1991 and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015.

3. Prices and durations

Published prices and durations are indicative and apply to the selected service at confirmation. If you add services or need more time, we will tell you the revised price and duration before we start.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 24 hours before the confirmed start by email or phone. Later cancellations, rescheduling or no-shows may be recorded and may affect future booking priority.

5. Late arrival

If you arrive late, we will try to deliver the service in the remaining time. If this is not possible without affecting other clients, we may shorten or reschedule the service.

6. Refunds, complaints and disputes

Send complaints to contact@pryzolia.com or +380 733 387 5023. We reply within 10 business days. Refunds follow the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' dated 12 May 1991. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

7. Advertising claims

Promotional claims are accurate and substantiated under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996; we do not guarantee specific results.

8. Personal data

We process booking and contact data to manage appointments. We provide a privacy notice and obtain prior informed consent where required by the Law of Ukraine No. 3992-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 19 November 2024.
