1. Provider identification
pryzolia.com is operated by pryzolia.com, private entrepreneur (PE), Suite 4, 12 Nyzhniy Val St, Podil, Kyiv, 04071, Ukraine, EDRPOU 58448832, Managing Director Martin Schmidt. 2. Website use
You must be 18+ or have guardian consent and provide accurate booking data. Unauthorised access, scraping and false bookings are prohibited.
3. Services, prices and availability
Haircut and beard grooming details, prices, duration and slots are shown before you book, per Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 12 May 1991. Prices are in UAH; the price shown at confirmation applies. Slots depend on barber availability. Claims comply with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising" dated 3 July 1996; no guaranteed results are promised.
4. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
Cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 12 hours before the appointment via contact@pryzolia.com or +380 733 387 5023. Later cancellations or no-shows may forfeit a prepayment. Prepayments for services not provided are refunded within 10 business days. Complaints are answered within 10 business days.
5. Personal data
Booking and contact data are processed under Law of Ukraine No. 3992-IX "On Personal Data Protection" dated 19 November 2024; prior informed consent is requested before processing.
6. Intellectual property
Text, images and branding on this site belong to pryzolia.com and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law; disputes follow Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII dated 12 May 1991.
